Fees
The Law Offices of Kate Young has a simple fee model: Most of our wills and trust preparation plans are charged by a flat rate. Rather than charging you an hourly rate to prepare your estate plan, like some law firms do, we will make an assessment at our consultation with you about what your plan will cost and give you an immediate quote.
